My name is Irina Falevich and I am an AAA Board Certified Permanent Cosmetic Tattoo Artist in New York City.
Growing up in Russia I was always aware of beauty trends and enhancements. In Fact, the most popular beauty trends that I see today originated from Europe. After being a Aesthetician for many years I heard my clients voice challenges in beautifying their face. This inspired me to become a Permanent Makeup Artist and over the last two years, the transformation I have heard and seen from my clients are priceless.
The greatest benefit of permanent makeup is the time-saving aspect. After a service, mothers have expressed to me that they can spend more time with their children in the morning instead of applying makeup. This motivates me because I know it has a daily impact on their lives. In addition to saving time, I have seen the face become more symmetrical with the right eyebrow technique and eyelash extensions dramatically enhance one’s appearance, just to name a few.

can you fix my acne scars?
Yes. Fillers like Restylane, Juvederm, and Bellafill. And laser with DOT and microneedling work great also!
what can be done about the lines around my lips?
Filler, Botox, and laser work great for this area.
do you sterilize the skin surface?
I use 70% isopropyl alcohol swabs to clean the skin. Additionally prior to filler treatment, I will use chlorahexidine swab sticks to further clean the skin. I also do not recommend using makeup for 6 hours after filler treatments.
do you remove skin tags?
Yes. Usually by surgery or cryotherapy.
do you remove moles?
Yes. All types. Laser and Surgery are options.
how many Laser Tattoo Removal sessions do I need?
Usually 6-12.
how many Laser Hair Removal sessions are needed?
Typically 6-8. Then I usually recommend maintenance treatments thereafter.
how long is recovery from liposuction?
It takes a few days to recovery. Best results are seen 1-6 weeks afterwards.
Can Kybella be used off the neck?
Yes. Anywhere there is fat, Kybella can be used to permanently dissolve it. It does require a few treatments.
Do you do the liquid nose job?
Yes of course. Filler is placed into the the tip and bridge of the nose to give the appearance of a straighter and refined looking nose. Great results.
