Appointment Policy

There is a non-refundable appointment reservation fee of $50 collected at the time you schedule your appointment, whether online or by phone. This fee will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

Clients who schedule appointments or treatments with the physician or a staff member are required to be punctual and present at their scheduled time. A 24-hour notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment. Without providing 24-hour notice, a non-refundable cancellation charge of $50 will be applied. No exceptions. Please be courteous and respect our time and our patient appointment times. Thank you.
